What do we collect?
Basic profile information that you provide when you create your account, including your full name and email address.
When you use this site, information about the users, courses, activities and resources you interact with will also be stored and linked with your profile information.
How is this information used?
This information is only used to enable you to access the online courses at https://ehealth.training/. Statistics on your use of the site are also used to improve the site as well as the services provided by https://ehealth.training/.

How long do you keep my data?
Your personal data is stored for as long as you are enrolled in one of our courses that we make available online at https://ehealth.training/. The data for each course is destroyed 6 months after the end date of the course and your profile data will be anonymised 12 months after your last login.
How can I withdraw my consent for ehealth.training to store and process my personal data?
If you have previously given your consent to allow ehealth.training to store and process your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy, and you wish to withdraw it, you can send an email to the data protection officer at privacy@ehealth.training. You will then no longer be able to access the services provided by https://ehealth.training/.

You can correct your basic profile information by logging on to https://ehealth.training/ and editing your own profile. If you have any questions, or would like other data corrected or deleted, you can send an email to the Data Protection Officer at privacy@ehealth.training.
